Conservative stomatology is aimed at conserving a tooth as a fully functional unit in the oral cavity from esthetic, plasticization and phonatory aspect after being affected by a pathological process.
Most frequently it is in case of caries – we treat the patient, applying either plastic material into the cavity prepared in advance, which solidifies thanks to its chemical composition, or upon illumination by polymerization lamp that causes instant solidification. Modern composites with similar mechanical properties as teeth represent a typical material that is preferred nowadays because of esthetics, simple handling during the filling modeling, and also load resistance.
Another option refers to preparation of solid metal or ceramic filling through indirect method, using the imprints and preparation in technical dental laboratory. These fillings are anchored with fixation cement into tooth cavity prepared in advance. These are fillings of type inlay, onlay or overlay, depending on the extent of tooth destruction and the need for its completion in original shape.
If the caries progresses and affects tooth pulp or surrounding area, the pulp cavity and root channels inside the tooth have to be treated. Inflamed pulp or the remnants thereof must be removed. Such treatment is done by modern tools and instruments  – endodontic micro motor (endo-motor), together with applicable instrumentation serving for mechanical working of root channels´ walls, apex locator for determination of channel length and bottom level of root filling, instrument for gutta-percha heating and its application when in plastic state into the channels, etc. The tooth is built up in the final form after preparation of the root filling upon maintained all preparation and rinse protocols.

It includes examination, diagnostics and treatment plan in case of congenital and acquired tooth/ teeth loss.
Within prosthetic stomatology, we offer preparation of fixed dentures (Zirconium oxide, porcelain, metal-ceramics, and resin), wholly or partly removable dentures, onlay, inlay and facets.
Removable dentures:

• removable immediate dentures – immediate denture application after tooth extraction
• removable dentures without hooklets, contain retractable joints or telescopic crowns

Most frequent dental surgery interventions include surgical extraction of wisdom teeth, impacted teeth, simple extraction of deciduous teeth and permanent teeth, extraction with root separation, curettage in the area of root tip, and intraoral incision.

We treat also children in the stomatology outpatient´s department in  ProCareCentral, providing for preventive examinations from the first deciduous teeth cutting through, through local Fluoride application, dental hygiene, instruction and training on teeth cleaning technique, recommendation of proper dental aids, teeth sealing, treatment of caries, deciduous teeth filling (white, colored), endodontic treatment, extractions, treatment with anesthesiology, acute treatment, X-ray examination (intraoral, panoramic images), and consultations.
Preventive examinations are recommended with frequency once per 6 months, unless more frequent examination is required.
